Because the sole evaluation criterion is contribution to corporate value regardless of gender, age, or nationality, the number of female and non-Japanese employees, as well as younger managers, has been increasing. Furthermore, at our major group companies based in Japan, we have an environment where both male and female employees can easily take parental leave, resulting in an average of three to four months of parental leave for men.

External ESG evaluation organizations have highly assessed our sustainability-conscious information disclosure, a focused effort since 2018.
