As part of this process, we reorganized our business segments in April 2025 to present a clearer picture of the ever-evolving Monex Group. Anchored by the customer and technology bases of our core Online Brokerage Business in Japan and the U.S., our portfolio also comprises our Asset & Wealth Management Business, which builds stable revenue based on long-term trust building with our clients; our Digital Asset Business, which strives to deliver innovative services powered by blockchain technology; and our Investment Business, our fourth segment, which brings new value creation to society. By combining the foundations, strengths, and expertise of each of these segments, we seek to generate unique synergies that will enable us as a united group to realize a conglomerate premium. The future we envision with this transformation can be encapsulated in one word, “Beyond.” By going beyond the existing frameworks of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi), connecting our brands and cultures, and integrating technologies such as AI, we will create unprecedented new value. By sharing this vision with society and truly embodying it ourselves, we will advance the Monex brand to the next stage of its evolution.
